Sobriety, the freedom from alcohol through the teaching and practice of the Twelve Steps, is the sole purpose of an A.A. Group. It was voted by Group Conscience that the purpose of this meeting is to help Alcoholics achieve sobriety by studying, discussing, and practicing the Steps as they are laid out in the Big Book. It has become apparent to us that when we stopped blaming people, places, and things for our problems and decided to take a fearless and honest look at ourselves as the root cause of our alcoholism and applied the Twelve Principles in our lives, we got better.

Our group's meeting happen in a 16 week rotation, focusing on the Steps as they are laid out in the Big Book, our fellowship's affection name for the book Alcoholics Anonymous. Not sure where to find the steps in the book? Not to worry; we've got a handy chart to help you!

Did you know there are more than just the 3rd and 7th step prayers in the Big Book? Lucky for you, we know exactly where they are.

Everyone knows the 9th Step Promises, but did you know there are many more promises in the book? Again, you're in luck; we've identified them for you!

Looking for some direction and handouts to help bring your sponsees through the steps? Some of our members have created and have graciously shared theirs with us for this very purpose!
